PREVIOUSLY AT THE DA VINCI DIALOGUES...
In April 2024, Da Vinci Labs hosted the inaugural edition of the Da Vinci Dialogues at Château Louise de La Vallière, a two-day event dedicated to exploring the applications of quantum technologies in the fields of environment and health.
Olivier Ezratty, a consultant and educator in quantum technologies, provided an overview of the latest advancements and key players in the quantum industry.
On the environmental front, Krisztian Benyo, Ph.D., from Pasqal presented a detailed analysis of the quantum advantage in terms of energy efficiency.
Karl Thibault, a professor at the Université de Sherbrooke and a founding member of the Q4Climate collective, showcased various real-world cases where quantum technologies can help combat climate change, promote sustainable development, and facilitate the energy transition.
In the health sector, Jean-Philip Piquemal from Qubit Pharmaceuticals discussed how quantum computing could enhance molecular simulation, paving the way for the discovery of new drug compounds.
Later, Alexandre Jaoui from Chipiron introduced a new class of quantum sensors, known as SQUIDs, which could enable MRI scans to be performed outside of hospital settings.
The mission of the Da Vinci Dialogues is to foster discussions between deep tech experts and engaged audiences. Interested in organizing a dedicated edition for your company? We’d be happy to collaborate and offer a program that will boost your R&D efforts!
